Always a quick and clear response to my questions and/or concerns. Also, adaptability to my needs; full understanding of the sense of urgency that usually accompanies our requests.

Apex was responsive to emails and provided on-time delivery of the InDesign files for the requested Spanish translation. The lead contact was courteous, thorough and efficient with all communications and activities. Very happy with this, my initial experience with Apex Translations.

The customer service was professional and responsive, but the translation didn't quite fit our needs because it wasn't adaptive to area lingo/informalities. Our in-office Spanish-speaker confirmed that the language was far too formal to be understood by the average Spanish-speaker in our area. While we appreciated the service, the translation doesn't quite fit our needs.
