Apex Translations, Inc.Reviews of apex-translations.com

We have been dealing with Apex Translations for several years. I have found them to be a great company to work with. We have had them do translations for everything from simple decals and nameplates to complete operation and maintenance manuals. They do great work in a very timely manner and have great prices. I highly recommend them. Michael Leffew Engineering Department Isometrics, Inc. Reidsville, NC

Fast service!

I have worked with Apex for several years now. They continue to be accurate in their translations, timely in their responses and professional in their communications. I highly recommend them.

Apex's project managers responded to my inquiry quickly and explained the process and the charges clearly and in a friendly manner. The translation (which was of very good quality) was sent to me by the due date. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed a translation done, and will be using its services again when the need arises.

They provided prompt service and delivered an accurate translation based on a review by my colleague in Germany. I will surely use them again.

EDIT: My first review was 3 stars and I received a personal reply to rectify the situation. This was because our in-house Spanish speakers changed several things that were deemed "incorrect". In the end, much of the differences was editorial on our part. Updated Review: After the issue was resolved, I was very pleased to see that Apex did everything they could to rectify any potential issues. By responding thoroughly, they helped me understand the edits. I did deduct one star for a typo admitted by one of their linguists -- an objective review since Apex customers do pay for perfection. Overall, Apex offers high-quality translation services, with amazing post-purchase customer service, at a turnaround pace that is completely phenomenal.

I have had a few documents translated before for immigration and education purposes since I am from Mexico. I am delighted to say that this was the best translation I have purchased. I did not have to suggest any changes and they did a really good job sticking as much as possible with the original format of the document. The turnaround time did seem a little long for me, but you can have them do it faster for an extra fee. Also, the price seems very reasonable compared to other websites.

Professional, quick, and reliable service. The Best!
