My experience was great. Emily Phillips was a pleasure to deal with and provided answers to all my questions. The work was done in a timely manner and as far as I can tell perfectly, I don't speak or read German, which is why I need a translator. I would definitely send other translation work to Apex .

Excellent service and met the deadline.

We found ourselves under a major deadline to get a translation done in time to get to the printer. I checked out three companies who all said they needed 24-48 hours to translate. Amanda at Apex took my call and was able to help us out the very same day!!! I had the translation available that afternoon and was able to get it integrated into the design and off to the printers in plenty of time. Because of the excellent service by Apex, my business development team was able to travel out of the country with business cards that were translated perfectly for their needs! I highly recommend this company! Thank you for the excellent service.

Excellent Service. Initial questions were answered promptly, followed by a fast response for a quote and project was returned to me quickly and accurately.

Excellent Job!!! Thank you very much!!! I am very grateful!!!
Mr. D.
The translation was excellent, done very professionally. However, the original quote indicated that it would be returned in 2-3 business days.... the translation was received on day 5.... which caused some rushed delivery and compromised project timeline.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We checked the sequence of events and you are correct, our delivery was indeed delayed by at least 2 business days. Due to a technical glitch, the designated linguists assigned to your project did not receive the project assignment in a timely manner. We are currently investigating this issue in more detail to determine possible alert mechanisms to prevent this mishap from occurring again. Again, thanks for your feedback! The Apex Translations Team
