VERY happy with the final product - especially that it was translated right into my formatted document, which saved me a ton of time.

I am a legal service attorney and needed a birth certificate translated to reunite my client, a victim of human trafficking, with her two children, from whom she has been separated for many years. We sought out Apex after having a terrible experience with another translation service who refused to even make attempts to get us ink-signed certificates of translation, which the Sudan consulate is requiring of our clients. I have been working with Nancy Huskins and she and the translator (a Tigrinya translator in Eritrea) are going above and beyond to get mail ink-signed certificates. Nancy has been kind and willing to assist from the start. She has ensured at every step of the way that the work being completed will meet the Sudan consulate's requirements. When difficulties have arisen in mailing the ink-signed certificates, both Nancy and the translator in Eritrea have stayed the course and are working though the difficulties. I rarely come across people like Nancy and this translator in my line of work, and they are restoring my faith in humanity :)

The quote for our project was received in a quick return, and very concise. The translations of our documents were returned in less than a week, and the format to our original document was spot on. Realize that our documents had many photos with surrounding text. Well done!

I found Apex online as I needed translation of 2 official short documents in a timely manner and these documents also needed to be notarized. The all process was very easy, the person I dealt with by email, Emily Phillips, was very responsive and efficient. It was done right on time, both by email for expedite need and a printed version, sent by mail. In addition, 2 weeks after delivery, Apex contacted me to signal I had overpaid and a refund was available for me, at my convenience. I sent a form of payment for the refund and it was done the same day. I strongly recommend this company for all your translations needs as they not only provided the service as advertised but they also show business honesty by refunding me an overpay that I had not detected and will never have if their accountings had not signaled the error to Emily Philips, Project Manager, who immediately email me.
