Je n'ai pas fait de commande mais j'ai demandé des renseignements par mail et on ne me répond pas. Alors que je n'ai rien commandé que j'hesite, je voulais savoir si on m'enverrais un bon de retour pré-payé car je commanderai 2 paires pour essayer. Mais pas de reponse. Alors certes leur collection est géniale mais on a le droit d'essayer. Donc pas de réponse et bien ce sera pas de commande. embauchez du monde si vous êtes débordé.

The company made it easy to chose and fill in the details. Even though I received my glasses, they made sure I got them by contacting me. My glasses fit me perfectly shape wise and also correction wise. They seem to be quality glasses for a really modest price.

Brille passt nicht. Rutscht an der Nase runter und ich sehe nicht gut mit den verbauten Gläsern. Ich finde es frech, das mir eine Entschädigung von 29 Euro angeboten wird oder alternativ ich die Brille zurückschicken kann, aber dann für Versand und Gläserbearbeitung extra zahlen muss! Ich kann doch nichts dafür, wenn die falsche Sehstärke von denen verbaut wurde

I have had a great experience with this company. I had been a bit concerned about ordering online, which I have done before with mixed results. But the selection of frames is excellent, with good range of prices, and I really wanted to try them. I had communication with the customer service team, as I became indecisive, and wanted to change something. They couldn't have been more helpful, responded to me promptly, and tried hard to resolve the issue. When my order arrived, I found they fit well, and the vision is really crisp and comfortable, so I am really pleased with them. They seem a lot better quality than online glasses I have ordered from other companies before, and mine were sent nicely packaged with free lens wipes. Of course you will need to upload an accurate prescription, and it depends on your preference for frames as to what is comfortable, but I am really impressed. Try to measure your pupillary distance as accurately as possible would be my tip! But a fantastic experience with the company so far overall, and it is definitely not a scam.

I received my glasses last Thursday. I can't see a thing with them. It's like looking through a fish bowl. I've tried to contact them via phone call, chat, and email. No answer or email response. This place is a scam. They have my money and I have a piece of plastic..
