This company is horrible. I needed to make a return. Impossible to contact them, phone nobody never ever answers, email no answer either, chat impossible to get any solution. Never by here. Customer service doesn't exist.

Einfach schlimm..Nicht mal ein Stern wert..Nach 3 Wochen Wartezeit hab ich endlich die bestellten Brillen bekommen..Die Rahmen waren mir viel zu eng und haben zu meinem Gesicht garnicht gepasst..Wollte die zurückschicken, aber die Brillen Rahmen sollte ich in die USA schicken, was mit unmengen Kosten verbunden ist. Da werde ich nie wieder bestellen und jeden, der Brillen bei Aoolia bestellen will, grundsätzlich abraten..Finger weg.. Da ich nicht bereit bin die Versandkosten zu bezahlen, werde ich versuchen die Brillen Rahmen auf dem Flohmarkt zu verkaufen.

Es tut mir unheimlich leid, dass du so eine schreckliche Erfahrung mit unseren Brillen gemacht hast. Ich kann gut nachvollziehen, wie frustrierend es ist, drei Wochen lang zu warten und dann eine Fassung zu erhalten, die überhaupt nicht zu deinem Gesicht passt und viel zu eng ist. Zudem ist es total ärgerlich, dass du für die Rücksendung in die USA hohe Versandkosten tragen müsstest – das ist eine enorme Enttäuschung und macht die ganze Sache noch unangenehmer. Wir bedauern zutiefst, dass wir dich so enttäuscht haben und du nicht mehr bei uns bestellen möchtest. Deine ganze Frustration ist absolut verständlich.

There should be an option for zero stars! Ordered 2 pairs of frames from this company on their BOGOF offer and I was delivered an empty box! Despite contacting customer support with pictures of the packaging there has been no response! I’ve bought frames from Vooglam, Lensmart and Zeelol over the years and never had an issue like this! Would not recommend!

Receiving an empty package is absolutely not the experience we want any customer to have. Please share your order number with us, and we will immediately launch an investigation with our warehouse and logistics team. We will either resend your two frames from the BOGOF promotion at no extra cost or process a full refund for you, whichever you prefer. Fraudsters look at the other 1 star reviews and you will find the same pattern. They send you a badly manufactured item which we understand could happen but when it comes to return/refund they will first try to persuade you with an address so far away that it will cost you more than the price of the glasses after that they will put it on your selection of the glasses and lastly when you justify everything they will put it on your face that your nose, face height/width has issues. They ship from China where i can bet it doesn't even cost 10% of the price that they charge you and yet they will try to make sure you cant refund/return when they deliver a bad unusable item.

Leider gut…. Auch wenn wir mit Direktkäufen aus China, wie bei Aoolia, den heimischen Handel und in weiterer Folge den Staatshaushalt irgendwo aushebeln, muss ich im Fall von Aoolia sagen, dass ich, schon seit über 10 Jahren Gleitsichtbrille tragend, hier den ERSTEN Rahmen gefunden habe - und das Online - der richtig chic in meinem Big Face aussieht UND zum ersten Mal richtig gut und ohne irgendwie zu rutschen hält. Wenn man seine Dioptrienstärke genau kennt, bekommt man hier wirklich eine gute Brille. Auch bei den Gläsern kann man Top Produkte erstehen. In meinem Fall hab ich eine Gleitsichtbrille mit Gläsern im mittleren Preis und Gewichtsegment um 120Euro (inkl Versand) erstanden. Das nächste Mal werde ich mir noch eine teurere Glas Kategorie aussuchen und schauen, ob die dann an die Luxus Gläser von Luxottica (wo viele Gläser bei uns herkommen) oder Zeiss heranreichen. Sie haben halt auch viel mehr große und verrückte Fassungen, die heimischen sind mir meistens zu klein und brav.

Expérience avec Aoolia.fr. L'URL ".fr" n'est pas indicatif d'une entreprise française et encore moins d'une fabrication française (après, dans la mesure où tous les produits français ou matières premières des produits français viennent de toute façon d'Asie, moi ça ne me dérange pas....).. Aoolia.fr. Il existe aussi Aoolia.com, Aoolia.it, et sans doute d'autres... Pour ma part, j'y ai trouvé la seule paire dont la dimension des verres correspondaient à ce dont j'avais besoin, bien que la monture elle-même soit trop grande. Ils ont effectivement énormément de choix. Les différents traitements des verres (filtre lumière bleue, anti salissure ou anti reflet...) sont décrits sur le site de façon très succincte. J'ai utilisé le Chat proposé sur le site pour savoir le pourcentage précis des verres teintés (violet dégradé) parce que c'était une information très importante pour moi. Mais, ils ne savent pas, car c'est fait à la main.... Étrange réponse. J'ai pris le 'risque' de commander, car je n'avais pas le choix niveau budget.. Commande effectuée le 4 mai. Expédition de Chine le 15 mai. Réception à domicile le 27 mai, dans la boîte aux lettres. Très bon emballage. Mais, pas de bol, les verres sont beaucoup trop foncés, et ne correspondent pas du tout aux photos de présentation du site. La monture est de bonne qualité et j'ai pu la modifier et faire les réglages pour qu'elle me corresponde mieux. J'ai eu un contact agréable avec le service client qui m'a proposé un arrangement pour compenser le problème. Le prix des verres est un peu élevé comparé à d'autres sites surtout dans la mesure où les descriptifs sont très aléatoires.
