This is my 2nd pair, the ease of ordering, ability to upload a picture to see if frames will work and the price is excellent for my prescription.

Le choix est très élevé et le fait de pouvoir rentrer nos mesures donne confiance pour l'achat. Le prix est juste incroyable. Maintenant à voir si ça me convient...

Upon entering my information for my order I realized I made an error. I immediately wrote to the company so that it would not be shipped improperly. They didn't reach out until days later and did not answer my concern. It was like speaking a different language. They basically said my order was on its way. The order came wrong I wrote to them hoping that I can exchange. I never heard back from them. I filed a dispute with my credit card that didnt support me as a customer. The company will not work together with you to make it right. I dont recommend!
Response from AooliaSep 18, 2026
We are truly sorry for this whole unpleasant experience. We regret that we failed to respond promptly when you contacted us immediately to correct the error before shipment. Your exchange request was left unanswered after you received the incorrect order, which was completely unacceptable. Please send your order number to our customer service email, and we will review your case thoroughly and find a proper solution.
