My first pair of glasses did not fit and were just too big for my head. They wouldn't refund or exchange glasses but offered me £51.52 off a second purchase. So I agreed to and ordered a different frame with tinted lenses blue at the top and pink at the bottom. Well they've arrived and I could cry, you can't see the blue and the pink is on the bottom of one lense but not the other. I hopefully will get a reply from them and they will rectify this...otherwise I will go back to Specsavers as what I've spent on 2 pairs of glasses I can't wear would have been the price of a pair from them anyway. I will update you all when I hear from them. I truly hope they can sort this out as the frames are great.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Since the custom lenses are hand-colored, there might be a slight asymmetry between the two lenses. We have already replied to your email—please check your inbox and continue communicating with our customer service team so we can resolve this for you. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

NO ME HAN DEVUELTO NADA aún. No recomiendo nada comprar aquí
