I only had to send 2 documents which was easy in order to start the process.

We had to cancel our vacation because our granddaughter broke her arm and was not allowed to travel. Aon Affinity was very quick to respond to our claim and we received our refund very promptly. Will definitely use Aon again for future travel insurance.
