Haven't used my membership in years still paid... but as soon as I got a new debit card they contacted me to get thier money.. started charging late fees. Of 44 dollars and 10 dollar late fee.. then another 44 dollars for a 30 day cancelation fee on top of some 35 dollar fee which the total came out to 123.00 mind you I had a 2 yr agreement that expired in 2021 and it thwn turned into an open ended contract. I said I will not be paying it after I went in there.. i havent been there in years (should have camceled it)and she verified it.. so let it go to collections bc im not paying them either.

ANYTIME JONIO - nuova apertura. Una palestre vicino casa fa sempre comodo, così mi sono presentata per chiedere informazioni. Il costo per abbanamento annuale + iscrizione circa 850 euro scontato in promozione. Decisamente alto rispetto alla media della zona, ma quello che lascia perplessi è il fatto che chiedano di iscriversi senza aver visto la palestra ( ancora in allestimento) e con un piano corsi non definitivo. A queste condizioni il costo dell'abbonamento dovrebbe essere moooolto più basso.

Very disappointing experience.lat Tolworth . I visited with a friend and we were happy to pay the required guest fee. However, a staff member named Adam told us that we could not train together, apparently because I mentioned that I am a member of David Lloyds. His attitude towards us was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful and made us feel completely unwelcome. I am a former kickboxing champion and have spent most of my life training in gyms around the world. I have rarely experienced this kind of treatment in a gym. A good gym should be welcoming, professional and focused on its members and guests. In my opinion, this club needs stronger management and properly trained fitness staff who understand customer service, rather than someone simply policing the door and speaking disrespectfully to paying guests. We were prepared to pay, follow the rules and simply train together. There was no need for the situation to be handled this way. Very disappointing.

Hello I am trying to cancel my membership right now,on hold for a long time a hour and 45 minutes so far getting the run around this is ridiculous I think a class action lawsuit should be done here

Colindale ANY TIME Fitness More than 50 long term members have left this gym in the last four months and joined The Gym group in Colindale which offers better price for 24 hr use and is much safer or there signing up to Evole which Antony Joshua owns which has all the top of the range equipment and punch bags etc Evole is a Top gym . New refurbishment at Colindale the atmosphere has not changed at the Gym the Manager there is rude bold and aggressive along side his assistant there both rude they smell of cannabis all the time and there's no diversity with the members of staff that work in this gym . Considering it's in a multicultural area with a large Asian community. Tho two staff that work there are very aggressive and unapproachable no help or assistance . It's best to avoid this gym Colindale any time fitness Capitol way . Avoid Avoid Avoid Anytime fitness it's not the place to work out and there Riping people of there price has gone up X6 since opening no value for your Money like I said Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid at all means necessary. Evolve or The Gym group or Pure Gym and are local in Colindale walking distance .
