Beware of contract terms when signing up. I stayed a loyal customer while they offered no discount to existing customers even though they regular do heavy discounts to attract new customers. I was not aware of the 30 day notice required to finish the contract so I was stung with 1 month of fees when moving abroad so it may py you to be mindful about it. My local gym was clean and well equipped, atmosphere was nice. The experience can be a bit touch and go when attending other branches, they tend to have varied equipment which is a bit of a hassle due to different ergos and to track progressive overload. I am rating them bad as I feel their contracts are borderline abusive, regardless of what other gyms are doing or what is customary in Australia, many wrongs do not make a right, there really are no genuine excuses this day and age to steal 1 month worth of fees from an otherwise happy customer. They immediately turned me into an enemy and I wont ever touch these gyms ever again.

Helaas ben ik niet tevreden over mijn ervaring bij Anytime Fitness Roosendaal. Bij het afsluiten van mijn abonnement moest ik €35 betalen voor een badge. Tijdens het gesprek heeft niemand mij verteld dat dit bedrag niet wordt terugbetaald. Ik vind dat klanten hierover duidelijk geïnformeerd moeten worden voordat zij een contract tekenen. Daarnaast werd er twee keer per jaar een extra bedrag afgeschreven voor apparatuur of onderhoud, terwijl ik daar zelf nooit gebruik van heb gemaakt. De apparatuur is op zich redelijk nieuw, maar sommige loopbanden maken veel lawaai en voelen al behoorlijk versleten aan. Wat mij het meest stoorde, is de geur in de sportschool. Het ruikt er sterk naar vocht en schimmel. Op de muren is zelfs schimmel zichtbaar. Dat geeft mij geen hygiënisch of prettig gevoel tijdens het sporten. Er staat ook een koffieautomaat, maar er zijn geen bekers beschikbaar. Daardoor kun je er eigenlijk geen gebruik van maken. Ik heb ervaring met andere sportscholen in Roosendaal en persoonlijk zou ik deze sportschool niet aanbevelen. Jammer, want ik had er meer van verwacht.

I've been at this gym 4 weeks after it opened, so I've been here for what 17 - 18 years 1st owner a JSO officer kept the gym perfect , after a divorce his wife owned it , then she sold it to the owners now, the equipment is old and many need help, equipment gets repaired when it breaks, in our very hot summers hope the A/C don't break because you will wait , toilets SHUT down to repair whenever, water warm for along time then no water then it got fixed ,I've been in so many gyms I can't count but this one is far from the best , I only see staff one lady if I go during the day but generally I go 5 nights a week I probably know half the people that go to the small gym on SR 200 I don't say much but after all these years it's time, what would I say get your act together , go check out your equipment keep someplace where the people YOUR CUSTOMERS can let you know what's broke. Also when your see cable wires showing replace the don't wait, I guess you never seen a king size lawsuit yet, make this gym someplace YOU should be proud of ! G.Tim Hammer

Eerste keer naar anytime in valkenburg. Het was goed zoeken naar de parkeerplaats. Deze gaat dus met een code open en is alleen voor leden van anytime fitness valkenburg. Dit kan dus echt niet. Het zou voor mij dus 3 maanden duren eer ik omgeschreven zou kunnen worden naar anytime in valkenburg. Of ik tot die tijd maar eerst ‘betaald’ ging parkeren. Daarna zou ik pas de parkeer code krijgen. Erg onvriendelijk bejegend en werd nog nageroepen dat ik kinderachtig reageerde. Dus wees gewaarschuwd. Er was trouwens niets te doen en erg klein. (2 personen aanwezig) 😂 erg onprettig gevoel gekregen ervan en het pand weer verlaten.

Decent enough gym, but predatory cancellation policies. They will take you for a ride if you wish to cancel. DO NOT fall for the "pause membership ". Cancel, get out and take your money elsewhere. They will milk you for every euro.

It has been quite a while that I am willing to write this email and I am not even sure if someone will get to read it but the extent of my astonishment regarding your franchising in the UK is unbearable. The UK and specifically LONDON has the worse anytime gym on EARTH. I have USA, Australia, Italy, Philippines, Thailand , Spain etc and ALL PF THEM are decent places. But in the UK you dont get half of a decent service and equipment you get anywhere else. The gyms here are dirty, lack of equipments, small, sticking people, AGGRESSIVE MANAGER (Chelsea) . The high street Kingston branch is so disgusting, dirty, OLD, ALL EQUIPMENTS ARE BROKEN and the chocking part is it is on the underground of a 5 stars hotel???? LIKE WHAT??? WHERE THE OWNER IS PUTTING THE MONEY THEY GET FROM MEMBERS? It looks like a laundry money place seriously…. I have worked for the company and now I am a member because UNFORTUNATELY the zone i live in London that’s the only accessible gym for me. Otherwise I wouldn’t use this gym at all. You guys need to do something. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE A CITY LIKE LONDON HAS THE WORSE FITNESS gyms in the world.

Bij afsluiten abonnement werd verteld dat voor sleutel €34,- borg betaald moest worden die bij beëindiging terug betaald werd. Nu bij opzeggen wordt gezegd dat dit alleen bij weekpas geld en dat je sleutel gekocht hebt... 6 maart ingeschreven, vlgs regels start je 6 mnd dan in april omdat het per maand gerekend wordt.loopt dus op 6 oktober af en ik ben echt benieuwd of ze me voor oktober ook de volle prijs laten betalen.. Mooie sportschool maar niet helemaal eerlijk qua geld... En ze zijn al duur genoeg.
