Hi John, we're really sorry about this inconvenience, we have experienced disruptions to our supply chain and have been working hard to fix this. We expect to be fully stocked again within 2 weeks. In the meantime perhaps it might be possible to buy some through your or another vet, as often vets keep the product in stock themselves. Hope this helps! The Antinol Team
