I like that I get a reminder that my shipment will be arriving soon. I like that I am given a chance to change my order if I need to before I am charged. Once I am charged the shipping is very fast. Also, I get updated about every step in the process.

The absolute best company! Not only do they offer a quality product at a great price but, the level of customer service is nothing short of exceptional. Tom in service is the role model all industries should follow. Keep it up. You have a lifelong customer in me Thanks, Carol

Seems to be working great, with no issues and no limping, wish the cost was a little lower, retired on a fixed income. Thank you Joel Taub

Placing the order was fine, as was the speed of delivery. Then the spam started. At first I thought it was of value; download the app and track my cat's progress. My first clue should have been the one-star rating. I finished setting it up and got a request to continue with information about my dog. I deleted the app. Then the email spam started. There is no unsubscribe and a reply explaining why I did not want to received the emails went unanswered. So this will be my first and last order.

The advertised product for the 14 day supplemental amount was insufficient for my dogs weight according to the instructions on the container. It was only half the amount needed for 14 days

We have been using Antinol for more than 4 years and I've seen a huge improvement in my dog Jimmy. We started him on Antinol are both a friend and a vet recommended it for his issues with mobility after having some skin problems. He is 9 years old now and he continues to surprise us in his ability long runs and hikes. We feel like he hasn't aged at all sometimes and feels more like a puppy running around being all energetic! It took us about 1-2 months to really see the difference in the beginning so we are glad we didn't give up. This product really works and I will always be thankful that we found out about Antinol early on.
