The product works well but I have an issue receiving discount coupons which are purely marketing and don't actually provide discounts. The latest discount promotion was when you were required to update your payment information and, upon doing so, would receive a 15% discount. There was no discount.

Very disappointing customer service experience Unfortunately, my experience with Antinol Europe has been extremely disappointing. I placed and paid for an order of six boxes of Antinol (Order #3294). When the package arrived, it contained only one box, and the shipment/product was also damaged. After contacting Antinol, their customer service acknowledged the problem and informed me that the entire order would be replaced at no additional cost. However, despite this assurance and my subsequent follow-up, I have still not received clear confirmation that the replacement has been dispatched, nor have I received tracking information. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I specifically explained that my dog needs the product urgently. Mistakes in shipping can happen, and I completely understand that. What matters is how a company handles the problem afterwards. In this case, the lack of timely communication and resolution after acknowledging the issue has been very disappointing.

I used their product faithfully for over 2 years. When my dog passed unexpectedly a few days ago, I reached out to them to see about returning a bottle that had just shipped to me (3 days before my dog died), once I received it, for a refund. They would not, which I think is a horrible way to run a business. They should really take a clue from Chewy and their oitstanding level of support when a pet passes. They understand customer loyalty. Ill never use Antinol or recommend them again.

Because I’ve had auto ship for 2 years, I cannot receive a refund on a recently received order that has not been opened and is no longer needed-$113.00. Company policy allows you to get refunded ONLY the first 30 days of their auto ship.

I ordered on 6/6/2025, half of the order received on 20/6/2025, after emailing the CS asking about the order on 12/6, and request a refund on 17/6. The CS reply me saying the delivery usually take 48 hours, which mine took 2 weeks for only half of the order delivered. When I request a refund on 17/6, no one reply. Today 20/6 I am asking the half order refund, wondering if they would give me back my money or just dump my email to bin.

I bought this for my cat and I was so anxious about giving her the pill, I even bought a pill popper for it. When I let her sniff the pill she just ate it herself. LOL! Now it's her treat :)
