My order has not shipped. It’s been over 48hrs since I was charged and I haven’t received any updates

Pet passed just as Antinol arrived. Contacted customer support hoping I could return product. Can’t give strong enough raves to their care and support reversing the order- plus taking the time to send us a sympathy card. What a blessing.
