After putting off the resolution of my tax issues I finally got the steam to take action. I was inundated with text and emails from tax resolution firms promising me the world. Worried about scams I decided to call and inquire about the process. Luckily my first and only call was to Anthem Tax Services. I was directed to an agent named Lisa Marie Barker. She could not have been any more responsive to my issue. Very professional, knowledgeable and answered every question, at times before I ask them. No question was a burden to her. She made me feel I was the most important future client of their firm an explained my next move. Because of her professionalism and knowledge, I signed up at that time. I’m not finished yet, but when I first contacted Anthem Tax Services, I had a world of troubles. But from my first conversation with Adam Gurr, I felt like I was going to be taken care of. And sure enough, once I had gotten everything together for them, the entire process was seamless. Now we’re playing a waiting game for the IRS and state. But whenever I have a question, I can call Adam and he will spend as much time with me as I need, making sure I understand.
