We hired Anthem Tax Services to help us resolve a complicated issue with the IRS, and we are incredibly grateful for the care and dedication we received from Ms. April Landers. Although it took some time to reach a resolution, once Ms. Landers began working on our case she consistently treated us with patience, kindness, and professionalism every step of the way. Ms. Landers was responsive to our questions and concerns, never making us feel rushed and taking the time to ensure we fully understood everything. What meant even more to us was the compassion she showed as one of us lost a job and we could not afford the large monthly payment plan originally set by the IRS. I read the reviews and just had this good feeling. Best decision I ever made! First person I spoke with was Adam Gurr. He listened to my dilemma, my son owed the IRS $65,000 in back taxes. Adam was genuinely concerned and felt positive my son would qualify for the DO NOT COLLECT option which he patiently explained what that meant,then I got to speak with Amanda, Stephanie, Destiny,Melissa, they are a team of experts each with their own specialty. My son has a severe mental illness which caused his financial crisis. He hadn't filed income taxes for several years. Our case was complex,time consuming. The team worked from Oct 2025- Mar 2026. There were numerous phone conversations & emails almost daily. My Destiny Arreola ♥️ 💖 got me through the stress and I never had to wait for a return call. If I called with questions Destiny immediately answered or returned my call within min.I'm 74 and Destiny was my moral support, I cried sometimes ,she listened ,she showed compassion,when I was frustrated about the Revenue Officer she cheered me up. UNLIKE THE 12% who gave 1 star and stated the STAFF used high pressure tactics to get more money or were rude that was NOT the case for me or the 85,% Adam actually got me a discount and the amount I paid was so worth getting $65,000 off my son's debt.
