Worthwhile
Had close to 11 grand in back taxes owed. Took 8 months and $1500 to resolve this. I believe it was worthwhile because I can now get my life back on track. There are different options depending on your current financial situation. Ask a lot of questions and Anthem will give you the best possible outcomes. If your are on the fence I highly recommend you give them a call.

From the first call, they put my mind at ease and made the whole process easy. Even when Covid19 started, they were in constant contact with me continued through resolution.

I'd like to leave a review specifically for Misty Cicero. I wasn't in debt super deep like some may be, but I was enough to where I felt that I needed to do something about it as I couldn't get it paid in one lump sum payment and wanted help on the total. She was hands down the best customer service rep I've dealt with. Took the time to thoroughly listen to my situation, reviewed everything and followed up with appropriate solution options. Solutions that obviously got me out of debt! I couldn't be happier. Anthem and Misty, thank you for your assistance.

Anthem Tax is a God send
Anthem Tax is a God send. They have been so flexible and patient with me during the process. Financially challenged, I needed to make payments to acquire their services. They never made me feel pressed about that. They helped me set up payment arrangements, and even when life caused me to not be able to make the commitments, we went back to the drawing board and got back on track. These days it's hard to find a company willing to go this far to help with anything. Thank you Anthem, for the goodness you give may it truly return to you.
