Causing me anxiety. Not getting support with cctv equipment and it's very distressing when it's down to something as important as security. Equipment less than 12 months so under warranty and should still be entitled to support or a resolution to rectify equpment problem but feel the statement made by the company offering warranty or support a scam as there hasnt been any on a simple equipment question. Does not seem to be support as stated, on offer, so big massive red flag if you look towards buying from here if taking cctv security seriously.

useless company really guys you shou avoid buying those cameras . It's been more than a year since I've bought 4 security cameras and 3 of them are flashing at night time. Change 3 cameras problem still the same It's been more than a year now I've been contacting customer support to sort this matter out ,but they couldn't, they keep telling me next week someone will contact me and so on ,but no one contacted me ,I keep calling like everyday they keep fooling me ,also I've done every setting they asked ,still the same problem.A suppose technician called Alex also is useless ,he does not have a clue of how to do a setting ,really rubbish avoid them please guys 😢

Produit conforme et tres pratique

Initially everything works well, but then the application on the mobile phone no longer works. Very bad

My whole experience of Anran the CCTV company is first class. Their solar panel security camera is very well made, easy to install, and easy to use with their excellent app. I would have no hesitation in recommending Anran to all of my friends and family

I bought a new cctv camera set when I opened the box there was a sticky liquid on the wrapping so I requested to return the item but they didnt want it back and offered a partial refund of $10, the camera was £350. Eventually after a couple of months they gave me a return address and a contact number so I returned the item and for like 3 weeks I was trying to trace the item and called the number which was someone’s private number and never heard of Anran before so anyways after a few emails and no response I decided to start a dispute with PayPal which also went on for weeks where a decision was made in favour of Anran as I have during the investigation I did not supply enough prove even though I send the emails and photos and prove of postage and a phone number and return address that don’t exist. I have lost all my money

Ho comprato una telecamera con pannello solare integrato per sostituire un prodotto di altra marca che non si connetteva più al wi-fi. La telecamera è posizionata in un punto lontano dal router, ma in pieno sole. La "vecchia" telecamera dava sempre problemi di connessione wi-fi fino a non funzionare più. Questo prodotto Anran, almeno per i primi 10 giorni di utilizzo, funziona molto bene. Istallazione e connessione semplici, software bello e intuitivo, il wi-fi è ottimo e la batteria, un volta caricata a casa, è rimasta sempre al massimo di carica. Spero soltanto che non ci siano sorprese in futuro. Attenzione che, dopo l'acquisto, inviano mail per invogliare, attraverso promesse di regali, a recensire positivamente i loro prodotti. Una volta ottenuta la recensione trovano una scusa per non inviare il regalo. Questo è successo anche a me, ma la mia recensione è veritiera. Il prodotto che ho ricevuto, per ora, va molto bene e, quindi, metto 3 stelle media tra 1 che meriterebbe l'azienda e 5 per il prodotto (per i primi 10 giorni di utilizzo).

Shortly after I registered my new Anran Q4 CCTV I received two independent emails thanking me for purchasing their products and how they would love to hear about my experiences. One from Kathie the other from Jennie, both offered me a financial incentive to give them a 5 star review on Trustpilot, the latter also offering alternatives, e.g. a 32g SD card or 6 month warranty. By this time I had identified an issue with the camera. It only picked up and recorded visitors exiting the property but not entering. So for example we could see the postman leaving but not arriving. Also when someone crossed the boundary of the field of view of the camera it was so late in starting the recording that the person was already ¾ of the way across or sometimes already out of shot. I replied to Kathie’s welcome message with my concern that I may have a faulty sensor. She promptly responded telling me that she would pass it on to tech support. I was shortly contacted by Alex who wrote that no, this wasn’t a faulty sensor and sent me some info about settings with some screen shots from an out of date app. I replied that I had already tried all settings and included screenshots of my setting and videos as evidence of my conclusion. Nothing. No response at all from Alex even after a follow up email. I then emailed Kathie back. Nothing. My emails are being ignored. So, I then contacted both PayPal, to open a case, and Trustpilot to tell them about the incentive offered to me, and I ‘coincidentally’ received an email from a Conggo at Anran offering their ‘heartfelt gratitude’ for my recent order and belatedly asking me to activate my warranty which I had already done. I replied to Conggo with my issues but that email was also ignored. I eventually received a response from Anran via PayPal in which they offered a refund if I first returned the device to them … in China. I replied and explained that it was actually sourced from the UK and asked them for a prepaid returns slip and a returns number as the product was not fit for purpose. They conceded to the UK address but ignored the rest of the request. I sent the device off to the address given, at my own expense, and contacted them (via PayPal) once I received confirmation of delivery. A week has passed since I informed them that the item was delivered and signed for but I have yet to receive my refund and have had to escalate the issue with PayPal. In summary, based on the older 1 star reviews and my own experience, I have to assume that the more recent 5 star reviews may have been influenced by the incentives offered by Anran in order to improve their rating. My advice, take them with a pinch of salt. I wish I had checked the company out on Trustpilot before parting with my money.
