Review: Excellent email support and fast replacement process!
I recently ran into an issue with my ANRAN solar outdoor security camera and reached out to their technical support team. Everything was handled entirely over email, which was very convenient. The support agent walked me through several troubleshooting steps to try and fix the problem. When it became clear that the troubleshooting wouldn't resolve the issue, they immediately approved a warranty replacement. They processed the order quickly, and the new camera is already in the mail with a 2-day delivery estimate! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the original camera failed, but ANRAN’s efficient, hassle-free customer support completely made up for it. I am very impressed with their service!

I bought a residential Q1Anran Camera…
I bought a residential Q1Anran Camera from Amazon and after almost a year the battery was no longer charging. I called Anran Customer Service and after a few trouble shooting options, the Anran Rep (John) escalated the issue with the IT department which called me back and did a few more trouble shooting exercises and found out the battery had gone bad. With no hesitation they sent me a brand new Q1 Camera within 3 business days. Customer service is excellent and Tech Support was superior. Very happy with my choice to by an Anran Security Camera.

Uistekende prijs/kwaliteit
De camera werkt uitstekend en doet wat er wordt beloofd door de fabrikant. Enig minpuntje is de onduidelijke gebruiksaanwijzing. De Nederlandse vertaling is belabberd en kan er oorzaak van zijn dat niet iedereen deze camera probleemloos kan installeren.
