Cameras failed to work recieved e mails saying a refund would be made NOTHING HAPPENED and company refuses to reply to further emails DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Have an older camera from them and needed some technical data to get it working again, and their response was that they couldn't get any technical specs or data (on a camera that they once sold and said they stood behind their products) and their solution to me was : buy a new camera on their online website, they stated that it was so easy to do this..... Ha! Had I known this, I wouldn't have ever purchased any of their cameras (currently have 8 cameras of theirs, and they are getting taken down and replaced with lorex cameras!) Would not recommend or trust this company.

Their server is so slow. I'm using one of their wifi cameras, remote viewing is very slow and also viewing recorded videos is a pain. It's lagging at 10kb/s even with my 20mb/s connection. If you want to playback a video you have to download it first and wait about a minute or more for the download to be complete for a 5s video which is absurd. Also, their camera doesn't work with all ISPs and it took me considerable effort and time and change of routers to figure out finally that I have to change my data provider to get it to work! The other camera I have from another brand have no issues at all like this.

The solar panel did not work. I got in touch with the company but they refused to send a new panel and just stopped communicating with me. Sorry, but they cannot be trusted.

ANRAN battery powered camera This is a cracking camera easy to use and setup.nice clear pictures even at night,fast charging but not yet needed to recharge it so hopfully it will not be to soon.Using along side my wired anran camera this is a good choice because I have put it where i originally wanted one as no wires are needed.I now have the full coverage i wanted. I would recommend this camera with out any doubts

i have The Anran 20x Optical Zoom PTZ Camera. 5MP PTZ WiFi Outdoor IP Security Camera, thats never been outside, it worked ok for six months, then it just stopped working, i've had nothing but trouble, i have tried everything to get it working its been a waste of money, Anran Customer service that don't reply to my emails and can't get any help and the live chat that actually don't work.

The presentation is decent. The cameras look nice. In the daytime the system is not great decent enough yet at night time its a whole different story. IR blinking all through the night. The wifi connectivity is not the best and contradicts itself at times. Further cameras cam have better signals than closer ones. Some cameras randomly switch off then point down. I will have to get a repeater to see if anything improves. Customer service are not so responsive & live chat is never actually live.
