Annuity Gator sent 3 emails to confirm my phone appointment, but when the time came, their agent totally forgot about it. After waiting 20 minutes, I called in to inquire what was going on, and then about 1/2 hour later, Brian called acting as if nothing were wrong. When I advised him he missed the appointment, he gave me a lame excuse of different time zones. He was also going to provide some information for me the next week. Never happened. Don’t trust this company!

Knowledgeable on the subject . Help customer find the right product for her/his conditions . Willing to compare and find the best to fit the customer's needs. Always prepared for online meeting with remote customers .

The representative described annuities that would provide minimal income compared to my base which I found useless. Then he proceeded to other expensive investment types, including options, which I also found inappropriate for my needs. The only thing I learned is that annities are run by insurance companies to make money for the insurance company. You would have to live a long time to come out ahead.

Scott was very knowledgeable and explain annuities where I could understand. It was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and I would recommend him.
