I am new to your program, but the overall-content is really good. Love the case histories & asking for permission with a prospect to tell some personal stories. I would give it a 5-Star except some people are not muted & the volume seems too low to sometimes not hear everything that is being discussed. Love the weekly feedback! Keep it going!

Appointment was not kept as promised after I reserved time for phone conference. Failure at that stage shows unconcerned employee toward customer and I certainly was not offered anything for the waste of my time. If you fail that early in the investment process how much bigger would the failure be should I have given the second chance. My money and I believe to be the best decision to not do business with a company that doesn't care. My message to annuity gator is never contact me unless you are willing to receive hostile conversation from a pissed off customer!
