They said I would get a refund only 50% I told them I agreed then they never responded for 3 weeks and counting still no refund SCAM! They lied! I want a full refund and I filed a claim and policy report to their local authorities! I have a lawyer that’s. There region looking into the matter now I want a full refund not %50 or half! Here’s what they said 3 weeks ago: We will initiate the refund of $234 immediately from our end, and your plan then will be moved to free on Sep 04, 2024. Bonjour à tous, Je souhaite partager mon expérience récente avec Animaker, et malheureusement, elle n'a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. L'interface trop lent malgré l'abonnement premium. Donc j'ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de résilier mon abonnement, en suivant scrupuleusement les instructions fournies sur leur interface. Malgré cela, mon compte a continué à être débité... J'ai contacté le service client pour résoudre ce problème, mais la résolution a été loin d'être satisfaisante. J'ai reçu des confirmations de résiliation, mais les prélèvements ont persisté. La communication avec le service client a été lente et inefficace. En outre, je m'attendais à une plateforme conviviale et intuitive pour la création de vidéos, mais j'ai trouvé l'interface d'Animaker peu conviviale et parfois déroutante. Les fonctionnalités promises n'ont pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes, et la qualité globale du service m'a laissé déçue. En tant que consommateur, je m'attendais à une expérience transparente et fiable, mais malheureusement, Animaker ne l'a pas fournie. Je ne recommande pas cette plateforme en raison de ces problèmes récurrents.

Easy tool for video animation. Very intuitive and good results. The only contra is that the tenderization (preview of the work you are doing) doesn't work very well...it stoppes and it is very difficult to check what you are doing.

I signed up for a trial a year ago, used it only once and never accessed again. A year later, they charged my credit card for a full year without sending a single reminder! I got in touch with the business the day after the charge for a refund, and they "kindly" offered 50% refund. There is no respect for CMA rules of recurring subscription, neither cooling off period. They just bluntly rub Ts and Cs in your face and keep your money. Mind you... a year without a single reminder, no comms at all. DODGY!
