It’s perfect

"I made a purchase, but the delivery service was unable to locate my address, and the package has been returned to sender."

2 out of the 4 bikes I have purchased have arived damaged and not rideable. I ordered a seat post clamp and never received it.

Very timely email response and support, very impressed with that. Also delivery was super quick. From ordered to receive in 72 hours. The bike itself is great. It has the option to use 5, 7 or 9 increments of power across is 32kmh or 52kph however the increments are not as I would expect. For example, I would have thought that using 9 increments across the 32kph max speed (or 52 kph for that matter) would provide 9 small increments in power. It does not. In fact the incremental differences is either nothing despite much more power or very high power increase with only a very small change... very inconsistent and disappointing. That said, if you stick to the factory settings it works ok.

Out of the two bikes we bought on had two striped bolts and one had a scratched rear fender both had scratches one on underside of the pedal drive and a gouge on the underside of the tube that holds the Battery

I bought the Apex 50, 48 volt. The bike is great, handles well, battery lasts 25 miles with no pedaling (that's a lot of riding, very impressed) over several days of riding. It handles grass, dirt, mud, pavement, takes bumps well, ditches, and fields. It has plenty of power to tackle grades for me (200 lb) . The few minor things I didn't like is the quality of the multitool that came with it and the quality of the hex bolts. The head seems to strip out before the bolt is loosened. I'm 56 so the seat was not comfy, replaced, and for me the 2 inch handlebar riser from Andsky made a huge difference in seating position. Other than that it is a wonderful machine. Very pleased, Thanks
