Out of the two bikes we bought on had two striped bolts and one had a scratched rear fender both had scratches one on underside of the pedal drive and a gouge on the underside of the tube that holds the Battery

Display not working
I purchased two Andsky at the same time, shipping was good received them in a reasonable time. I am having trouble with one of the bikes, it’s charged and the LCD display turns on then shuts off after a second and will not turn on. Took the battery out checked wires and nothing. Sent e mail and no response.

The box the bike came in was damaged
The box the bike came in was damaged. I opened the box the like looked ok. I should have sent it back. Once I got the bike out of the box and put together, I noticed the damage. The battery was scratched. The back rake was scratched. The worst thing was the front brake caliper was bent, so the brakes rub. I have ridden the bike to see if anything else was wrong. Everything else seems fine. The bottom line is the bike is a good quality bike that is already damages. I am not sure how long the front brakes will last, because they rub. I would have given a 5-star review if I would have received a new bike.

problems within 10 km with no drive to…
problems within 10 km with no drive to rear motor. Emily from customer service was great .I have had to disassemble the rear of bike and install new rear motor. this did not remedy the problem, now I have to disassemble crank assembly to install new controller to make this bike work properly hopefully.i do not feel this is a fair thing for me to do with a brand new bike, as I have spent 6 hrs trying to fix this brand new bike. I feel just sending out parts and expecting the customer to DEAL WITH IT is not right. now I have a new bike in parts on my work bench that I can't ride .looking forward to your response

Decent Bike
Flat paved road and bike says I'm going 35mph but actual speed is 32, so screen mph not accurate, which makes me worry if miles on bike will be accurate or not, so will need to test that out as well. Also the free gift they give, mainly the cellphone pouch, not the best with holding on frame firmly. Bike overall is pretty good I would say, and i like that you can choose what wheels you want to give the power. Emailing them is pretty good for they get back to you quickly, even though mention the inaccurate mph gets you nowhere.

I completely understand your concerns. Generally, the speed can be a bit slower depending on factors like your weight, but the no-load speed we measured in our tests is around 35mph. I understand that there’s a bit of discrepancy with the mph on the display. We are aware of this issue, and for future products, we will ensure that the speed readings are more consistent.
