J’ai acheté un Apex 50 et la livraison a été très rapide (4 jours) et le service est vraiment excellent car j’avais l’aile arrière d’endommager et un éraflure et j’ai communiqué avec le service et ils vont m’envoyer un aile neuve et un échantillon de peinture. J’ai essayé le vélo et il va super bien.merci

problems within 10 km with no drive to rear motor. Emily from customer service was great .I have had to disassemble the rear of bike and install new rear motor. this did not remedy the problem, now I have to disassemble crank assembly to install new controller to make this bike work properly hopefully.i do not feel this is a fair thing for me to do with a brand new bike, as I have spent 6 hrs trying to fix this brand new bike. I feel just sending out parts and expecting the customer to DEAL WITH IT is not right. now I have a new bike in parts on my work bench that I can't ride .looking forward to your response
