Hi Joe! Thank you so much for reaching out regarding this matter. Sadly, we too, have noticed the increase in International shipping- in fact, shipping costs as a whole have increased domesitcally and internationally for us and our customers. We are unable to absorb these increases and do have to pass them along. We are truly living in unprecedented times and do hope to see the cost and transit times with shipping coming back down to normal soon. Our international customers also must face taxes and duties that increase the cost of shipping- and these fees have also jumped in recent months. These fees aren't calculated or charged to you from Andrew Christian- but rather your local municipality. We completely understand your concerns and are hoping that this situation changes soon so that you can go back to ordering the products that you love! If there is anything that we can help with or any further questions/concerns that we can address, please send us an email at [email protected].

Hi Seku! Thank you for your feedback on the briefs that you've tried recently! Andrew Christian does have many different collections and each has its own unique style and features. If you are noticing that the briefs that you recently purchased fit a bit differently than those you've ordered in the past - it could be due to to the difference in the collection. If you are looking to purchase again and like the way a certain pair from the past fit in the legs - please reach out to our CS team at [email protected]. Our team can view your order history to see which collections or styles were purchased and can then steer you towards a similar style with a comparative fit. I hope that this helps!

Andrew Chrisitan takes customer satisfaction to heart and we know that, it's not a problem with an order that causes a customer to leave, but how the problem itself is handled.
