I ordered a bathing suit on Sunday night and paid $14 for expedited shipping, which their website stated would take 2-4 business days. We're on day 4 and the tracking still has no estimated delivery date. I reached out to Andie, and then informed me that "all orders are subject to a fulfillment window." In other words, expedited shipping is a scam. Not pleased at all and will not use this company again.

Great Bathing Suit Company! Recently I ordered and received a Tulum bathing suit. It fits perfectly! There’s a bit of compression so it hugs you in all the right places. As a larger busted lady, I’m happy to share that the built in bra support is very lifting (which doesn’t happen with most bathing suits ordered online). I’m so happy with this purchase! The right fit is important, Andie swim has fit experts that can ensure you get the right fit! Such a great feeling to get your suit and have it fit perfectly! Highly recommend!!!

I purchased my first swimsuit from Andie Swim at the start of 2020. I was absolutely delighted with the design and the quality of that swimsuit. I'm the type who only owns 2-3 swimsuits at a time and replaces as they wear out. At the end of 2022, I decided to replace one of my other swimsuits, so I went with Andie Swim as I was happy with my last purchase. I was really disappointed with the new swimsuits. The quality has gone down significantly in the last few years. The fabric of the new suits would not sit flat, even when brand new, and the waist band would constantly twist on itself. I also ended up having to take out the bra cups as they kept folding in half when they got wet. I compared them to the cups in my old Andie Swim suit and they were less than half the thickness. I wore them for one summer, and they are ready for the bin. Meanwhile, my old Andie Swim bathers are still going strong. I did write a 3 star review on the website mentioning the problems with the fabric, and to their credit, they did email me to follow up. The offered me a discount for my next purchase, but at that point I wasn't about to spend any more money for poor quality swimwear. The only reason I'm writing this review here is because they took down my reviews on their website. If you see a style on their website with no reviews, steer clear. It means it's only received negative reviews which they have removed.

Terrible experience with Andie swimwear. Bought two items- both didn’t fit properly in the bust, not supportive (though they say they are) so returned the day after I received them. They have refused to refund me the sale item- which is illegal in Victoria. As an online retailer returns are par for the course. Consumers don’t have a chance to try before they buy. I wouldn’t risk buying from here if there is any chance you’ll need to return an item. Moreover I am really sick of having to fight for my basic consumer rights with retailers.

I ordered a swimsuit that unfortunately was too short in the back. I responded to a Customer Service email to express my concerns Friday night, May 26. I expected to hear from them Tuesday, May 30 given the holiday. I was stunned and surprised to receive several responses throughout the weekend! Amazing Follow-up and assistance. Yesterday I received a replacement swimsuit with a longer torso fit and it fits perfectly! Kristina was a rock star with her assistance and I feel like a starlet in this gorgeous swimsuit. AAAAA+++++

I never write reviews. I decided to try the popular Amalfi one piece. Unfortunately the suit received was damaged. I reached out to customer service and they.Charlotte made things right instantly. Overall quality of the suit is amazing. I personally need a longer torso in order for the suit to be the perfect fit. Great company to deal with!

I dropped the ball on a return due to surgery complications, but they worked with me graciously and generously to solve my problem. These are gorgeous, quality swimsuits and I am so excited to come find the perfect one when my reconstruction is complete. Just trying them on gave me a sense of confidence and that is NOT my usual experience with swimsuits!!
