I ordered a suit based on their sizing suggestions. WAY too small. Tried to call to return, after being unable to open the return icon on the website. Couldn't get through. Sent an email. No one responded to my email. Finally was able to return the suit--but the questions in order to return were ridiculous...computer generated told me to up the size. Returned the suit. Received an email I would receive my full credit if I ordered another. Did so--in the size recommended. I clicked on the order. AFTER I ordered it, it said because it was on sale I couldn't return it. Bummer. 80 bucks out of my pocket if it didn't fit. I received it--yeppers...too large. These suits are not as great as the hype the web portrays. Go to Gottex or Jantzen. Bigger selection. Better service. Easier to maneuver returns etc. Very disappointed. I am out 80 dollars and it is Memorial Day Weekend with no suit.

Shout out to Charlotte in CX. She graciously handled a return for me and offered options to make things right. I love Andie swimsuits and definitely plan on buying more, especially after such an easy and nice experience with a return!

I've shopped at Andie for a few years now and the quality of their swim suits are amazing.... Customer service is also A+ their prompt response is amazing... I will continue to shop here for sure....

First of all I love the quality and fit of the Andie swimsuits! I’m tall and thin and have a tough time finding a one piece swimsuit that fits not to mention a swimsuit that is classic and timeless! The quality of the swimsuit is excellent as well - nice fabric and good quality construction. I worked in the apparel industry for years so it’s refreshing to find a great quality product! I had an issue with a swimsuit and customer service sent a replacement suit with expedited delivery! I would highly recommend this company for a great swimsuit!

The customer service for this company was absolutely incredible. They emailed me back and forth multiple times to find the right fit and style for my suit, and now that I have the suit I absolutely love it. It’s so comfortable and well made!

I’ve been converted to Andie swim for life! The lovely customer service ladies really went out of their way to help me find what I feel good in. The suits I got have such a great cut on the legs. The high leg is very flattering but im not worried that all my bits are gonna spill out or flash the world. My two new suits are perfection. The Mindy collab were such fun colors and fabrics. Im excited I found you. I’ll be a customer for life. ♥️

I ordered my second swimsuit from Andie after wearing my first for two summers (and loving it). The second suit was bought on sale, however when it arrived it was faulty. The Andie team promptly sent out a new swimsuit, allowing me to keep the first faulty suit without issue. The customer service was prompt, polite and warm. And I love my new swimsuit as much as I loved the first! Both suits (the Fiji and the Snap One Piece) are amazing - incredibly flattering, comfortable, and durable. Definitely my go-to bathers brand from now on!

The quick response to my emails in regards to returning a suit that did not fit and allowing me to exchange for another suit. In my opinion great customer service the quality of your suits speak for themselves this year I have purchased 3 suits only to exchange one for another suit! keep up the good work ladies you will always have my business, and I will refer you to everyone looking for a quality bathing suit!
