Giving 3 starts only as I actually did find one of their swimsuit a great style and fit but after what hassle! Originally I ordered one piece in one style and the liner was showing up through the front layer of the fabric so I had this ugly line just under my bust. I chatted with a few people and was negatively amazed how unhelpful the both were. I ended up returning it as I was going overseas and then 3 months later ordered multiple sizes and styles (which by the way differ SO MUCH - Amalfi small vs small long torso are different widths) and found one that fitted me very well, but you can tell it really depends on the particular piece you receive, the first one I got was obviously defective. An then I returned the rest of the things. I wanted to exchange one piece of bottoms to another colour but was unable on the website so processed return, sent it back and sent an email to ask for an exchange and they said they cannot change it... Honestly such a shame, because the idea is great but customer service is horrible and their swimwear is not made consistently.

I purchased tge Barreta dress described as ‘linen’ when it arrived it’s actually less than 50% linen and mostly rayon. When I pointed this out to the company their reply was ‘we are sorry that you found the description incorrect’….. I wrote back and said I didn’t find the description incorrect l, it was incorrect.

I bought 2x different swimsuits. One of them fit terribly so I had to sell it on Facebook marketplace as I’d bought it on sale so couldn’t return it. The other looked ok on, but I don’t wear it anymore because the pads in the top are useless. They keep moving around and need constant adjustment. I’ve probably worn it 3-4 times maximum, and it’s already quite faded and I feel I have to keep adjusting myself in it (not just the pads). I agree with another reviewer that these suits are not really worth the money. I have other swimsuits I’ve paid similar price for, have had for years and they still look and feel great.

I wish I could give it zero stars. If you use a coupon code you cannot return for your original payment method. So stupid! What a freaking scam company!!! Updated 7/26: they have changed their policy and are allowing returns to the original payment method. I will be returning both swim suits and never ordering from them again.

I too am very disappointed with the quality for $150 swimsuit I expected it into last a lot longer than October to the following January. The fit is great and the swimsuit cut is flattering so for that they get 3 stars but the swimsuit has gone all baggy and overstretched all over. Looks really old and terrible already after barely 3 months. I do swim in the ocean and the pool (not every day though) and have several swimsuits so I recycle the wearing of them and without fail I hand rinse or gentle wash and dry inside out in the shade but to last barely three months looking decent I can't believe it! I think for $150 you should expect to get a full summer wear out of them and then some at least a year before you have to buy more bathers. It's unfortunately put me off buying any more from ANDIE . Mine are already unwearable. Also the inner adjustable shape pads in the bust area move and bunch up constantly.
