Be very wary of this company as they will try to steal your money. I am trying to return a swimsuit that is ill-fitting and has straps that are twisted uncomfortably at the front. It was not a final sale item, but when applying for a return online it will only allow a store credit, which as someone else mentioned in their comment further down, is illegal in Victoria and does not meet the ACCC regulations. I have sent two emails and messaged on Instagram all of which have been ignored. I’ve sent another email off today so we will see how they respond, or if they do. I would advise everyone to avoid this company. If your swimsuit doesn’t fit as expected you will have a very hard time getting your money back. There are other more genuine brands out there.

Horrible return policy, horrible customer service experience. Will never purchase from again. Go to a more reputable brand who actually cares about their customers.

I ordered a bikini which I received and the sizing was totally wrong to what the sizing was described as. Sent it back over a month ago and I have not heard a thing. Numerous emails no reply. Very bad customer service (actually no customer service). I would recommend not to purchase from Andie Swim to go to a more reputable brand that you can rely on. I would not even give my experience one star. Beware!

I ordered an M in the Malibu suit ribbed and it seems I'm between sizes, so while it was perfect when trying on, after a swim it wasn't as supportive. Andie swim went above and beyond to fix it for me and they were amazing. Highly recommend!

I bought three swimsuits online and two I loved. The third I exchanged with absolutely no hassle which is great. I now have a swag of swimsuits for summer all of which I love. As a 56 year old Mum - this is a MIRACLE!
