I bought 2x different swimsuits. One of them fit terribly so I had to sell it on Facebook marketplace as I’d bought it on sale so couldn’t return it. The other looked ok on, but I don’t wear it anymore because the pads in the top are useless. They keep moving around and need constant adjustment. I’ve probably worn it 3-4 times maximum, and it’s already quite faded and I feel I have to keep adjusting myself in it (not just the pads). I agree with another reviewer that these suits are not really worth the money. I have other swimsuits I’ve paid similar price for, have had for years and they still look and feel great.

I have had two experiences with the Andie Customer service team. Each time, the representative has been professional and friendly - it felt like a sincere person to person interaction where the Andie's representative cared about and answered my questions. Your products are excellent and honestly the amazing customer service will keep me coming back.

Their customer service is amazing! I have never dealt with such a high level of service for an online purchase. The return process was simple and they really just want to get you in the best swimsuit that suits your figure and taste. The quality of their swimwear is high end, I was really impressed with the cut and fabric of the piece I finally purchased. The fact that they make Long Torso swimsuits really sets them apart and is a godsend for people like me that have struggled for many years to find a one piece that fits properly. I purchased the Mykonos and it's so flattering and even a little bit sexy! I'm really really happy with this business and my purchase :)

You can't earn free shipping and also shop a sale promotion. They advertise that you get free shipping if you spend >$125, but that's only true as long as you're paying full price. Definitely not worth it. Customer service wasn't great when I emailed about not having the free shipping applied. They referred me to look at the FAQs, which had outdated information. Given the price of these swimsuits, I would expect more reliable and better customer service.

Huge shout out to Ashley in CX in particular for helping me with a small defect on a suit. She (and all other interactions I've had with Andie) have been super prompt, friendly, and generous in supporting my purchase. The suits themselves are awesome too :)

Literally never received my package. They shouldn't do international shipping since they can't manage it. Had to resort to last-minute suit shopping as they assured me that my package was "on the way" and that they had "no visibility" into the order but that I shouldnt worry. We will see if they can actually cancel the order.

I absolutely love the swimsuits! The quality is outstanding, from the fabric to the fit, to construction. I am so thankful for the long torso options. I had an issue with an order not shipping out when expected. I sent an email and was promptly responded to by a CX product coordinator named Ashley. I worked retail for over 15 years. I know what good customer service looks like. Ashley was GREAT! Well done Andieswim, your garments are superb & so is your customer service. I will be a customer for life & I am showing off my amazing suits to all my friends & family!
