From start to finish an extremely pleasant experience - dealing with the order desk - scheduling dept and craftmanship of 2 men that installed the carpet - it looks lovely and we are 100% satisfied. When we came in - we appreciated that the sales representative was knowledgeable - paid attention to the quality we were looking for w/o going over the top. She was not hard sell (always a turn off) and we walked away feeling very confident about Anderson Carpet! THANK YOU.

Easy to do business with, quality rugs. Delivery of the area rugs was timely and Chris made sure we were happy before he left.
