Great bike, then the brushless motor has gone, cant get a replacement one as ancheer dont want to help, shocking customer service, gave them the information they wanted and still not got back feels like I have been robbed

I’ve had this bike for about two years and ride about 2-3 times a week on a 2 mile round trip. The battery is basically done and won’t make the trip anymore. I’ve been very careful with the battery and have it on a timer so that it never overcharges. When I emailed customer service they said they can offer me a $20 discount off their $250 replacement battery that will take 4-6 weeks to deliver. I asked for a larger discount since the battery didn’t last very long and they said no and something about maintaining their profit margin. For the money you can get a much better quality bike these days. Much better options out there.

Bought my Ancheer e-bike two years ago and have been very pleased with it. For the price, it is excellent. Had to change the seat at a small extra cost and fitted a carrier and bags for shopping. The detachable battery charges up fairly quickly and I have yet to experience a flat battery. Pity about the Shimano gears, really don’t need such an elaborate set up with an electric bike. Can’t speak for Ancheer service as I have had no need to contact them.

Ancheer E Bikes Der Ancheer Shop ist sehr bemüht,kann aber die Erwartungen an einen EBiker nicht erfüllen. Eigene Erfahrung!!!!gibt es ein Problem am Hinterrad/Antrieb gibt es keinerlei Ersatzteile/Nirgends Weltweit 🤯 Wenn ihr ein Bike sucht was man so lange fahren kann bis was kaputt geht ist es für den Preis OK Wenn es nach einem Jahr defekt ist ,ist es teurer wie ein Markenbike Ähnlich sieht es bei anderen Billigbikes UND Markenbikes aus !!!! Hauptsache verkaufen und die Not der Pandemie nutzen Also !!!VOR DEM KAUF DIE ERSATZTEILVERFÜGBARKEIT PRÜFEN Normalerweise müsste ich als Schadensersatz für den Ärger ein neues Fahrrad bekommen ,denn jede andere Firma auf der Welt muss auch umtauschen wenn es keinen Ersatz gibt

Bought an Ancheer Ebike from their Czech republic shop with free delivery to the UK in 3-7 working days. Unfortunately when I made my ordered it was sold out with a back order time of approximately 4 weeks, not a problem, they offered me an alternative model if I wanted but I stuck with my original choice. For my inconvenience the refunded me 50 euro as compensation. When my bike was back in stock it was delivered with full tracking as promised and excellent communications from Ancheer customer service. As for the bike, it is what it is for the low purchase price, runs well and for a minimal cost I upgraded a couple of components that really were not up to the job I am using it for. It is now as good as a bike at least twice the price. What I would say is that when you are building it check that all nuts and bolts around the bike are tightened and adjusted as appropriate.

Wow - how bad can it get. Ordered 2 electric bikes on 21 of May. Receive email acknowledging receipt and advising getting ready to ship in 1-4 business days and to prepare + strict quality control tests. States expedited shipping 3-7 business days. Will keep me updated and email when shipped. Nothing heard and so on 6th business day I asked for an update. No response until 1st June apologising for not responding, oh, and by the way the bikes are out of stock!!! It took them 12 days to tell me out of stock. Can I wait another 1-2 weeks !! The experience cost me £42 !! Shocking service DONT buy from these people.

I bought too Ancheer bikes, they are very good bikes and the e-bike certainly takes the effort out of most hills. Very steep and uneaven hills are a Struggle as you stand to cycle up them and your body weight transfers from being over the back wheel which then causes the wheel to loose Traction and spin this then causes the motor to cut out as thinks your coping ( when in fact your quite the opposite 😂). Customer service is good once it happens, however they do seem to take a long time to respond and the emails are broken English. Overall I am very satisfied.

Bought this bike direct from Ancheer. Is the bike worth it? Too early to say. Here is what I have found so far. Bad points 1. Appalling customer service (everything is done by email and the don't respond quickly and when they do the show little interest) 2. The bike is a little slow and underpowered (only got a 250-watt motor) but it not bad. 3. The gear protector, protecting the Shimano gears was bent stopping the gear from working correctly. 4. The battery is poorly designed, it is held in a canvas bag and held on by velcro and clips (this makes very easy to steal). 5. The connectors to release the battery are flimsy and do not look like they would last. 6. Seat very hard and uncomfortable. 7. The battery has to be charged on the bike (very poor design) Good points 1. Looks good 2. Rides well 3. Everything working as it should at the moment (but took me to make it work) Should you buy? I would say no because I don't trust the supplier to help if there is a problem and the issues with the battery are worrying. Update. Now had it 2 months, as I feared the customer service is dreadful. they take a long time to respond if they respond at all. The bike, on the whole, is good but the battery is the big issue, it can't lock it to the bike which means it can very easily be stolen. If you take the battery with you the connection are very poor and will not last very long, they already started to fall apart.
