They lost half my stuff and severely…
They lost half my stuff and severely broke/damaged the rest. My move was just about a total loss. The company has not tried to make it right. They do not call or reach out. Only texted to say sorry and they don't know where our things are. Police report for theft and vandalism filed. It's like they went through my belongings and stole what they could resell.

We have no record of any customer matching the details described in this review. For that reason, we flagged this review with Trustpilot as unrelated to our company and requested its removal. In response, Trustpilot contacted the reviewer and requested documentation to verify their identity and experience with us.
As we expected, no evidence was provided. Yet for reasons unknown to us, Trustpilot has chosen not to remove this review, despite the lack of verification.
Since we are not allowed to contact the reviewer directly, we are using this reply to inform our existing and potential customers that we strongly believe this review to be fake and misleading.
We are a licensed and insured moving company that handles every job with care, transparency, and accountability. Allegations of stolen or vandalized property are not only completely unsubstantiated in this case — they are also damaging and defamatory.
