As I review some of the customers poor experiences with damaged items, lack of respect and care by crew leader I would like to offer my thoughts.
Anapa moving claims to care about their customers yet this is difficult to believe as they attempt to complete moving jobs by hiring the least amount of help possible.
This result in the employees not taking breaks; as a result care can be lost handling items as workers are not given a moment to rest. ( For example a 10 hours shift with no break).
This creates poor care and attention to everyone involved.
Anapa moving will soon respond so this comment with comments such as " we don't recognize service provided to you", or some other type of evasion.
Let us apply basic common sense.
These comments are not to ruin Anapa moving; simply make corrections ( hire enough labor, provide care to customers, be respectful all the time).
Take it as constructive criticism for the betterment of you company and customers.
Thank you.

Awful experience from start to finish
Awful experience from start to finish, lots of damaged items, over charged for moving a safe and it never got moved into the house the manager is a piece of work I would look for any other moving company F rated by the Better Business Bureau! Do your research and pick a real quality company with a good track record unlike Anapa moving! Additionally you will need some sort of translator additionally to understand anyone at the company.

Dear Mr. Chandler
We’re very sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience. We take all claims of damage, overcharges, and customer service concerns seriously, and we’d like the opportunity to better understand what happened.
While moving heavy items like safes can require specialized equipment and additional planning, it’s our goal to communicate those details clearly and handle every move with care and professionalism. We’re also aware that emotions can run high during stressful transitions, but personal attacks toward our team members are not something we take lightly. We always strive to treat our customers with respect — and expect the same in return.
We’d appreciate the chance to look into this further. Please reach out to us directly at (786) 730-0007 or [email protected] so we can review your file and work toward a fair resolution if anything was mishandled.
Sincerely,
Maria

Not at all professional Broken items…
Not at all professional Broken items and refused to move items because not enough room in the van. Lost several items. Did not have me sign departure inventory and was not my signature. Did not leave me with any paper work.
Have filed a claim and noted disrespect for me and my items. I am 80 years old and was left with many things I could not move myself.
Claim settlement is a travesty
Would NEVER used them

Hi Pat,
We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and are especially concerned to learn that you felt disrespected and unsupported during your move. No one—especially not someone moving later in life—should feel abandoned, unheard, or mistreated in any way.
We take your feedback very seriously, particularly regarding the missing items, the lack of proper documentation, and the way your claim was handled. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we regret that your move did not reflect the care and professionalism we strive to provide to every customer.
We’d like the opportunity to review your case more closely and see what more can be done to make this right. Please contact us directly at 7867300007 so we can ensure your concerns are fully addressed and investigated.
Your trust matters to us, and we're committed to learning from this and doing better for our customers moving forward.
Sincerely,
Maria

Horrible
Absolutely horrendous moving company. Do not use. They were late picking up my items and showed up unprofessionally. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks and they keep extending delivery and can never locate the truck. Horrible customer service and they lie to you saying the truck left and it didn’t. I regret using this company. They are extremely unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced - it has been 1.5 months since they picked up my belongings, and I still do not have them. I also do not have an ETA. These people are sketchy, evasive, and have given me nothing but a runaround.

⚠️ AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS –
This was the worst moving experience we’ve ever had. The company arrived for pickup with two trucks and four people — that part seemed fine at first. But things quickly went downhill.
They forced my elderly mother to sign off and pay in full, in cash, before they even began the job — a huge red flag. For delivery, only one person and one truck showed up, completely unprepared.
Every single piece of furniture they packed arrived broken, scratched, or damaged — without exception. Even worse, 20 boxes are missing, including irreplaceable artwork and family heirlooms, which they now deny ever existed.
They want to offer a pitiful settlement and take no accountability for the lack of professional service. The quote included assembly, but they didn’t assemble anything — most pieces didn’t even arrive.
Our computer, TV, and printer — all in perfect working order before the move — were damaged beyond repair.
This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and predatory, especially toward vulnerable clients. Save yourself the heartbreak and look elsewhere.
The response of the company is a LIE they stole 20 boxes and all furniture is damaged They refuse to acknowledge and are pressuring for an unfair settlement Do not trust this people We paid 17500 usd for the move Not 9,000

Dear Zerene Kahan,
We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.
First and foremost, we would like to clarify several important details:
Truck Capacity and Volume: We based our logistics on the estimate provided by your broker, which indicated approximately 2,593 cubic feet. This is why we arrived with two trucks and four movers — to ensure that we were fully prepared. It’s important to emphasize that we charged you exactly the amount that was quoted to you by the broker — not a cent more.
Payment Terms: As clearly outlined in the signed agreement, payment is required in full prior to unloading, which is an industry standard and a contractual obligation. The payment method was also chosen by your mother from the available options. No one was “forced” to do anything — everything proceeded strictly according to the agreed terms.
Customer Service and Inspection: Once we were made aware of your concerns, we immediately dispatched two of our agents from Seattle to Las Vegas at our own expense to conduct a thorough on-site inspection — because we take all complaints seriously.
A few items were indeed damaged, and we’ve already arranged for professional restoration and repairing services at no cost to your mother.
Some furniture had scratches or tears, and we offered a cash compensation of $5,500, despite the fact that the entire job earned us less than $9,000. We were — and still are — willing to cover more than half of the total revenue from your move in good faith.
Fortunately, our agents were also able to locate some of the items previously claimed as missing during the inspection.
Missing Boxes: We conducted a full audit using our warehouse surveillance footage, which confirms that every single item and box we picked up was also delivered. We have verifiable video evidence of this. Furthermore, your mother signed off on the delivery with the driver after inspecting your belongings — no mention of missing items was made at that time. Claims about missing boxes were only raised days later, which contradicts the signed paperwork and original statements.
Electronics: The computer, TV, and printer you mentioned show no physical damage whatsoever — no dents, cracks, or impact marks. We cannot be held responsible for the internal functionality of electronics that were delivered without a scratch. Holding us accountable for devices that don’t turn on, despite being visibly intact, is simply unreasonable.
We are still open to a reasonable and fact-based resolution, but we must also protect our team and reputation from statements that misrepresent the truth. Our records, documentation, and security footage all confirm that this job was completed professionally and responsibly, with follow-up care that went above and beyond industry norms.
Sincerely,
Max Baumeister

They lost half my stuff and severely…
They lost half my stuff and severely broke/damaged the rest. My move was just about a total loss. The company has not tried to make it right. They do not call or reach out. Only texted to say sorry and they don't know where our things are. Police report for theft and vandalism filed. It's like they went through my belongings and stole what they could resell.

We take accusations like this extremely seriously — especially those involving theft or criminal behavior — which is why we need to be very clear:
We have no record of any customer matching the details described in this review. For that reason, we flagged this review with Trustpilot as unrelated to our company and requested its removal. In response, Trustpilot contacted the reviewer and requested documentation to verify their identity and experience with us.
As we expected, no evidence was provided. Yet for reasons unknown to us, Trustpilot has chosen not to remove this review, despite the lack of verification.
Since we are not allowed to contact the reviewer directly, we are using this reply to inform our existing and potential customers that we strongly believe this review to be fake and misleading.
We are a licensed and insured moving company that handles every job with care, transparency, and accountability. Allegations of stolen or vandalized property are not only completely unsubstantiated in this case — they are also damaging and defamatory.
We remain committed to helping real clients with real concerns. If you are an actual customer with a legitimate issue, we urge you to reach out directly — and we will respond promptly and thoroughly, as we always do.
Sincerely,
Max Baumeister

Avoid This Moving Company at All Costs!
This was, without a doubt, the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The company was hired through a third-party broker, and what was initially quoted as a $4,000 move quickly ballooned to $7,000 due to their blatant overestimation of cubic footage. My 650 sq. ft. one-bedroom apartment simply did not take up the 1,000 cubic feet they claimed—especially when my belongings were crammed into half of a Penske truck along with another customer’s load. Realistically, my portion was likely around 850 cubic feet at most, but they refused to adjust the price.
Communication was an absolute nightmare. They were difficult to reach, and on top of that, they only accepted cash or Zelle, which felt incredibly sketchy. When my belongings finally arrived, I discovered that they had broken my TV—the same TV they packed themselves. To make matters worse, when they came to pick up my things, one of the movers wouldn’t leave my apartment until I left a review on the spot.
This company made moving ten times more stressful than it needed to be. If I had done more research beforehand, I would have read up on my rights as a consumer (FMCSA Moving Rights & Responsibilities) and never gone with them in the first place. Do yourself a favor—avoid shady third-party movers like this. Instead, consider using a POD company and hiring local movers to load/unload your stuff. You’ll save yourself a lot of money and headaches.
