Wonderful Customer Service
I ordered this bracelet and it showed delivered but I did not have it. The customer service was amazing and they offered me credit or another bracelet! The bracelet itself is lovely! I’m very impressed, in today’s cynical world, that they had faith I was telling the truth and did right by me.

Stood by warranty
I have purchased from them before and have been happy. Recently received a necklace that tarnished after 8 months and they were true to their word and replaced it. Excellent customer service.
