Earring quality
Both my best friend and I bought Christmas presents (earrings) from here and both sets are loose and feel like they’re going to break. I’ve had earrings from here before and they were great but these fall way below what I expected. Will not me buying from here again.

Same as a few other reviewers I was…
Same as a few other reviewers I was automatically signed up for the $39.99 monthly membership with no clickable option. These types of tactics kill my interest and trust in a company. I will not be a returning customer and I will also let my friends and family know not to trust this company.

I was purchasing a requested gift for daughter
I was purchasing a requested gift for my daughter and the order form would not allow me to uncheck the automatic membership so I immediately sent emails requesting cancellation but received no response. I tried the listed phone number and a robot voice that was not their company answered and hung up. I used the online cancellation after being charged but have no confirmation that it worked and no refunds for fraudulent charge. BEWARE - buy elsewhere to avoid continued charges and hassle. UPDATE: Refund promised and still none forthcoming and they absolutely never respond to emails at their customer service listing.

I merely looked at the site!
I merely looked at the site. No purchase, no sign up. They have clearly located my ISP address and have been sending emails. What kind of crazy marketing is this? I keep trying to block but they must send emails from different addresses.

Sign out as Guest to avoid automatic enrollment!
I too was mislead into signing up for a membership that charges $39.99 a month. You must sign out as a guest or you are automatically enrolled. Quick links like SHOP and Apple Pay are also available. I used SHOP to check out. I had no idea that I would be enrolled in a membership. No box to check agreeing to automatic payment or enrollment. Very misleading! I did get a prompt response once I complained and my membership’s was canceled. Very disappointing experience.

Automatic membership Beware
Unless you"guest"checkout you are automatically signed up for a member account that starts charging you $39.99 a month. I find that deceptive and will never shop here again because of this.

Signed me up for a "membership" I did…
Signed me up for a "membership" I did not want. I ordered one pair of earrings from them. They looked cheap and not of the quality I expected when I compared them to my other gold or gold vermeil jewelry. I returned them. A month later they charged me for a "credit membership" so that I would buy more of their cheap jewelry. Now I have to dispute it with the credit card company.
