They use sneaky tactics
They use sneaky tactics, and added a monthly membership. I even went back on website to look for where it said it would change this and I couldn’t find this. If you have to be sneaky then what kind of company are you? I would never buy from them again.

Company lies - earrings do tarnish
Their so called hypoallergenic earrings are a total load of crap. The posts do tarnish and I have the swollen ear lobes to prove it. Don’t buy this cheap crap from China disguised as a real jewelry store. I’d love to include a picture but there’s no place to do so. DON’T buy their lies

We're so sorry to hear what's happening with your earrings. This is not the experience we want for our customers. We offer a 2-Year Warranty on our jewelry which covers tarnishing. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'd be happy to find a solution for you.

This is cheap stuff
This is cheap stuff. It is not worth the postage to mail it. When I got my order, I had to put on my glasses to see it. I would love to know how much they blow up the pics online. The photography for the website is incredible but the order delivery is a huge huge disappointment. Some of the items I couldn’t return b/c they were final sale. It took them 7 days to tell me that.

I have ordered from this company twice
I have ordered from this company twice. The jewelry is nice, though the color of the gold is a little off. The problem is the sneaky AL Luxe membership. I was enrolled twice. It is incredibly deceptive and I complained both times. They must make a lot of money this way since they continue the practice despite customer complaints. I will not order again.

They automatically start billing you…
They automatically start billing you monthly even if you have not ordered anything and never asked for a monthly account. This is a total rip off.

Very sneaky on membership fees
Very sneaky on membership fees. I didn't realize after buying jewelry for Christmas that I was being billed $42.99 a month for membership for 4 months!@? Membership to what? I reported them for fraud, cancelled my payments on AMX and I will never buy from them again. I really hate they did this because, I really liked their jewelry pieces. But I won't buy from them again. So mad!

Highly sneaky and deceptive business…
Highly sneaky and deceptive business practices. YOu don't find out until after you make a purchase that you purchased a membership and following their instructions on how to cancel it don't match up with the online view so it takes 4 or 5 attempts to cancel. The customer service person will say theres a place to remove it from your cart but there isnt. I checked out as a guest because I don't have an account with you. You can justify your business plan but it is purposely designed to deceive. How can a business operate with such deceptive and misleading business practices!

I ordered my wife a christmas gift and…
I ordered my wife a christmas gift and just found out that it secretly signed me up form a monthly subsription that I never agreed to. You cannot even call them or stop the order, you can only text their number or chat. I don't hate anything more than these types of sleazy hidden subscriptions. I will never buy anthing from this company again.
