I always love their products! Every experience I have had with them has been positive. Their earrings are my favorite and I wear them almost every day. I have seen no discoloration or fading on anything I have purchased from them (earrings and a necklace), and they look the same as the day I bought them. I have never had any issues with shipping or getting the wrong order. They always send their jewelry in cute little fabric pouches that I reuse to bring jewelry on trips. They don't create a lot of waste with their shipping materials. The only thing I have to dispose of after I receive my package is the box they came in and the card the jewelry is on, which I appreciate because it shows their concern for the environment. I am leaving 5 stars because I have only had a positive experience with Ana Luisa.

I contacted customer service to let them know a bracelet I ordered showed a slight tarnish. They responded quickly. They are sending a replacement bracelet with no questions asked. I want to say I have several bracelets and earrings from Ana Luisa. I haven’t experienced any issues with these lovely pieces. I highly recommend this company for standing behind its unique jewelry. I was so impressed I placed another order yesterday.

I had already spent over £90 on jewellery from here before seeing all the bad reviews. The jewellery took a while to come which prompted me to take a look at reviews. It came shortly after and I was pleasantly surprised, the packaging was cute and the jewellery was gorgeous. I've been wearing it since which is about a month now, I haven't even taken it off to Bath and its all still as good as new. I'm really pleased and will defo order again 😊
