I had a problem using a code I was given, which was my fault due to confusing a 0 with an O. The person who helped me was most patient, and the problem was taken care of to my satisfaction. She was very patient and polite when helping me. I do like the bracelet I ordered for my daughter and look forward to future purchases.

Totally amazed
Totally amazed! My bracelet (which I LOVE)came with a two year warranty. I noticed a few small spots on the bracelet where the finish had chipped off. I emailed Customer Service and attached a photo about the issue I was experiencing. Promptly, I received a response that they were sending me a new bracelet. No fuss, no hassle. Now that's what I call EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. Thank you Ana Luisa.....I'll be a loyal customer forever.

Great communication with quick…
The bracelet I purchased is super cute, sturdy, and going to be a new staple!! I’ve worn it daily for about 2 weeks now, even while at the gym and it does not unclasp or seem to be tarnishing.
