I purchased the Ora bracelet
I purchased the Ora bracelet. It came with some additional links. Unfortunately I lost those links and felt like after a few times that I may love this bracelet more with them. I contacted customer support and they informed me that I cannot purchase the additional links. Therefore, I can't enjoy the bracelet now.

Watch Out! They automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription.
I ordered a pair of earrings for my daughter. Ana Luisa company automatically signed me up for the “monthly subscription of Luxe program”. All I wanted was a simple pair of earrings. Now, I just looked at my visa and saw a monthly subscription charge on our account and an email confirming I hope I am enjoying my subscription! No phone number to call customer service. Dog and pony show to get the subscription canceled.

AL Luxe members pay a $3.95 one-time fee for immediate discounts, followed by a payment of $49.99 every 30 days after order confirmation. You can update your membership anytime via your AL account. Deceptive practices
This company automatically signs you up for a membership to be charged monthly. This is a deceptive marketing practice. I had to contact them to cancel and they told me that the amount for the first month could not be cancelled since I received a discount. I don't understand why they do this because I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Come regalo di compleanno ho ordinato degli orecchini con 1 mese e mezzo di anticipo dal belgio, dove la consegna stimata è di 5-8 giorni. Dopo 2 settimane dove non c'erano aggiornamenti sulla spedizione scrivo una mail e mi rispondono che l'oggetto è stato smarrito. Mi offrono una nuova spedizione che quindi accetto: dopo 2 settimane nuovamente non ci sono aggiornamenti, scrivo una mail e vengo informato che è stato smarrito nuovamente. Siccome il tempo non era più sufficiente l'unica opzione che mi è stata offerta è il rimborso. Nessuna spedizione veloce o sconti per il disagio.

Garbage jewelry
Garbage jewelry. Posts broke first wear. Then, they automatically enrolled me in a membership. I NEVER CONSENTED TO THWM HAVING MY CARD OR A MEMBERSHIP. This is fraud.

Even after I cancelled the membership
Even after I cancelled the membership, they still billed me. There is no customer service number to call. Its a rip off

SCAM
Jewelry was nice. But a SCAM of a place. They start a membership and charge you monthly. I had to cancel my card. I wouldn't purchase ever again. They can keep the so called credit for the SCAM MEMBERSHIP Many other websites that are honest BE VERY CAREFUL when you purchase from here

BE AWARE. Do not create an account
Ana Luisa have instituted a lovely scam. You buy your jewelry ( I used a coupon to get a discount) - then they send an email to set up your account (luxe) to follow your order. Then they charge you 4 bucks to do so.…AND IT is a MONTHLY fee. When contacted they canceled the supscribtion but first fee Is not refundable. Had I not created account i would have saved 4 bucks on my jewelry. They tell you you receive a 15 percent discount for becoming a member but i got that with my coupon. So evenly although they didn't refund the fee and I created the account AFTER I placed the order they don't refund the fee and try to argue I actually got a discount. But it cost me four dollars more than if I had not created the account. DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT. Quite the scam they've got going...
