Do not trust this company!! There is a difference between jewelry being Elegant and childlike I purchased several pieces was not impressed. The bracelet didn’t fit so the bracelet I paid $69 for they’re trying to give me a $40 refund disputing it but do not trust them This company replied and continues to lie I returned a bracelet that may fit a 5yr old I paid $69.00 and they refunded $40.00 they took the sale discount they gave on 5 items off the ONE returned item the difference being $40.00 when again I paid this company.$69 DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Bracelet was originally $89 So I guess they feel taking another $30 off my return is good business I think not and they’ll give you the run around they could careless they’re robbing you blind because they already have your money I have documents proving what I paid and the amount of the return just wish I could attach!! Shop at your own risk Should’ve sent all of it back but since it’s like cheap child’s jewelry I’ll give to my 4yr grand child

Inordered one piece of jewelry. They have my credit card on file the next month they sent me another piece that I did not order. I contacted them and they told me “no refunds on custom pieces”. The charm said “intense” on it. I never ordered that or even considered a charm, let alone with that printed on it. It has been another month and I just received a “confirmation” of my new purchase again. I never ordered anything. You cannot sign in on their website to cancel any order or remove credit card info. DO NOT buy from them

Bought 2 pairs of earings which were pretty expansive and guaranteed 100% silver & gold plated. I still get very bad allergic reaction from them which means theyre not what they claim to be and use cheap materials.

Awful service. Low quality products, high shipping costs. Not worth the buy!

Pretty surprised to open my email and see that I had signed up for a subscription that I never obviously can send it to. I hate that the Internet has become like this. I just wanted to buy a piece of jewelry, not sign up for some sort of subscription. I use the express check out with Apple Pay and then got an email that I had signed up for a subscription. How is that even possible?

I ordered a necklace and they signed me up for a $50 monthly membership and charged me $5 to sign up, without ANY NOTICE of any kind besides an email after the fact. This is not only criminal, but scammy in nature. If you order anything from here, be SURE to read the fine print and check your email after, as they probably tried to scam you as well. Check your credit card statements people.

Same experience as other customers: automatically (and forcibly) enrolled in AL Luxe costing me an additional $3.95. Price (in total) balanced out to about MSRP (as the item was "discounted"), but this practice alone is deceptive and unacceptable. Immediately cancelled the membership, but I'm still out $3.95. This will be my first and last order from Ana Luisa, regardless of the quality of the merchandise. Ana Luisa replied stating that the AL Luxe membership can be "removed at checkout." I have since tested this claim and can confirm this is an outright falsehood. It is the only item in a cart that cannot be removed at checkout, and only removes itself if the cart becomes empty. This is deliberate deceit on the company's behalf.

The website was confusing. I thought I checked out as a guest but now i think i joined lux which i do not want. Please follow through with this. I left an email and I tried to call the phone # which does not exist. thank you
