Ana LuisaReviews of analuisa.com

Ease of ordering, clear photos of jewelry giving accurate size, and a variety of choices. The only downside for me is they are a bit heavier than I expected.

Super easy to use the website! They had amazing deals and jewlery came super quickly!

So far everything looks and feels well made. The pieces were shipped quickly and arrived within the week. This is my third time ordering from them and I had no issues.

I have placed several orders over the past few years and have never had an issue with any of their pieces until recently. The necklace got snagged on my sweater and the chain snapped. I reached out to see if they could replace the chain, and while they could not do that, they were able to replace my item because it was under its 2 year warranty. I wasn't even aware they had this. Kylie was the representative I spoke with and she was kind and professional. Ana Luisa was already my favorite jewelry brand before this encounter, but the way it was handled made me even more loyal. Their necklaces and earrings are such good quality and I can always tell when I am not wearing one of their pieces. Highly Recommend

I didn’t have high expectations for my order since ana luisa seemed like a very “instagrammy” brand and not the highest quality… so happy to have been proven wrong! i wear one of the necklaces i bought nearly a year ago almost every day and sleep in it, shower with it, etc. and it still looks brand new! highly impressed and would order more knowing this

There was a problem with my first order, and when I emailed I was immediately responded to, and the item was sent and received. I certainly appreciate it the response and I would recommend your company to anyone. Thank you.

The packaging was wonderful that the jewelry came in and all the pieces were in excellent condition! i would 100% recommend and the price is totally worth it.
