Literally best customer service for a beautiful jewelry brand!

I have been purchasing from Ana Luisa for a short time and have loved everything I’ve received, all high quality pieces that I wear nonstop including in the shower with no discoloration or tarnishing. Recently I got a pair of hoops and one was a tiny bit loose closing so I ended up losing one the first day I wore them. I contacted support to see if I could purchase just one earring to replace the lost one. Customer service was quick to reply on a holiday weekend and offered to replace the pair for me. They were sent out that day. Above and beyond customer service! Thank you.

Fabulous customer service. One of the earrings turned up missing a stone. I took a picture and emailed through querying what I should do, and they came back saying they would send a replacement straight away. The customer service rep Maria was lovely, and helpful :)

I needed extra support during my purchase and exchange (for a larger size ring). Ana Luisa made that extremely easy.
