My Ana Luisa experience was very good. I had an error on my address (my mistake) so my shipment was sent back to AL site, but I was able to easily coordinate a reshipment. It came quickly and in the nicest packaging. The ring I purchased itself is shiny good quality and I’m happy with my purchase. This is my second AL purchase and I am not disappointed. They have lovely jewelry. Highly recommend!
