Trust me, you don't have to spend a whole lot of money to own quality, stylish jewelry. I have had conversations with customer care agents through live chats and through email. EVERY conversation is with a friendly, caring, polite and professional person who has gone the extra mile to help me out and who has followed up to let me know that I am all set or to let me know what is the next step. I did an exchange as I had ordered the wrong size on a ring and the process could not have been easier. I have a lot of respect for Ana Luisa because their products are top notch but just as important, they are just really nice people!!
