I bought a big bundle of earnings and I wasn’t sure if I want to keep all of them. After trying to refund a pair, it turned the refund from UK costs £30! I understand the company is based in US but cmon guys, that’s a price of a pair of earrings. I also bought a bundle with ear cuff and lost it within an hour as it wasn’t sticking to the ear strongly enough.

I just received a necklace from Ana Luisa today. I have to say the delivery was fast, the company kept me updated through email notifications, but when it arrived, I expected (by the photos on their website) the necklace to be more substantial. I thought it looked kind of chintzy and was overpriced, even on sale. I would say this jewelry is considered “bridge jewelry”, not at all “fine jewelry”. Also, when Googling the company it said on the internet their jewelry is made in France. Well, on the back of the necklace packaging it said it was made in China. I was not happy about that! I will keep my purchase, but I won’t be back. I guess you can say Ana Luisa was a one hit wonder for me. Update: Well, I gave Ana Luisa a second chance and the second necklace was much better, more substantial and I have received some compliments on it. I purchased a reversible necklace this time, black with a cz on one side and the sun design on the other. Still consider this jewelry “bridge jewelry”.

i got sent incorrect size and product twice already and one clasp didnt work properly and close but they replaced that one. hoping this issue doesnt happen each time as i paid $149 for that ear ring and never got the right size... asked them for refund or to please swap with necklace

I have ordered from this site many times, and have mostly positive experiences. The jewelry is beautiful in person, and the shipping is top notch.They often have sales so I wouldn't recommend purchasing items at full price (they also had a mark-up in prices this year despite changing to a Chinese manufacturer, so definitely do NOT pay the full price for the items). However, on one instance I received a ring (Chloe ring) that was partially oxidised (I ordered a gold ring which was discoloured to a rose gold upon arrival and oxidised to silver within 2-3 wears). I wanted to exchange or return, but the international returns policy is quite costly so I ended up having to keep the item. I just wish they would check the quality before shipping out as I have a feeling this is a previously returned item. In an other instance, I ordered a Michelle bracelet and noticed the cross had scratch marks and just didn't look like it was in brand new condition. The quality is definitely hit or miss. (Be aware that the reviews on the Ana Luisa site are not reliable, as the 1-2 star reviews I left on the site never showed up. Additionally, most of the reviews on Youtube/Instagram are from paid ambassadors or those using affiliate links).

Die Sachen sind sehr schön und sehen hochwertig aus. Der Versand war auch OK. Zur meiner Überraschung erhielt ich eine Woche später eine Rechnung vom FedEx über einen relativ hohen Betrag (Zollamt EUSt./Import VAT + Vorlageprovision!!! + UmsatzSt.). Auf der Web Seite kann man unten den FAQs lesen das dies möglicherweise passieren kann, aber ich finde es schade das dies nicht besser und sichtbar erklärt wird, um Überraschung zu vermeiden.
