Why did you tack on an Ana Luisa…
Why did you tack on an Ana Luisa Protection Fee over $5.00? I did not add that or authorize it. Take that. Better yet, just cancel the order. This is absurd.

I got the moon and star earrings as…
I got the moon and star earrings as well as the moon and stars rings for Christmas. They claimed that they don’t tarnish and are long lasting but after just 3 months one of the gems from my ring fell out and the rings are already tarnished at the back. I’m happy that the earrings are good quality and have not tarnishedbut I would like to get a refund for my rings.

Poor Return Policy
I was a happy customer of Ana Luisa for several purchases, however the latest experience left me highly disappointed. I made a purchase on 1 Jan 2024 for 3 pairs of earrings. I found that the quality of one of them was quite poor and the clasps did not work well so I decided to return it. I mailed the return on 21 Jan 2024 and the DHL receipt shows that it arrived at the Ana Luisa warehouse on 24 Jan 2024. I emailed Ana Luisa on 9 Feb 2024 with the DHL receipt to enquire on the status of my refund. I followed up again on 16 Feb 2024. There have been no replies to both emails until now (22 Feb 2024) I have also tried to message them on Instagram and Facebook but received no replies either. I always loved Ana Luisa products in the past but will not revisit again after this experience. UPDATE: Ana Luisa has reached out and the refund was processed on 23 Feb 2024. Thanks for the prompt rectification.

SICK of their Black Friday emails.
I really like Ana Luisa’s products and have a few of them, but I’m SICK of receiving up to three or four emails a day from them this past Black Friday week. All of them with the same discount, by the way, which I had already taken advantage of a week and a half ago. Your aggresive and extremely irritating marketing tactics have lost you a customer.

Très déçue
Très déçue, commande d’une petite bague chaîne dorée (modèle Shiso)… et la qualité n’est pas du tout à la hauteur. Non seulement elle est bien moins belle que sur des photos visiblement ultra retouchées, mais elle a commencé à se dédorer en moins d’une semaine. Tout ça pour 36€ !… C’est se moquer des gens. Ne cédez pas aux sirènes des multiples influenceuses qui font la promotion de cette marque. Pour moi en tout cas, ce sera la première et la dernière fois.

Extortionate returns cost
There was nothing wrong with the jewellery itself, I just wanted to return and get a refund as it turned out to be unsuitable. I contacted support and on a necklace that cost £65 I had to pay over £30 to return it. You are unable to post it yourself, you have to print out a provided DHL label ready for courier pick up. Due to the outrageous return costs I shall not be shipping at Ana Luisa in future.

The cost to return a ring that was too…
The cost to return a ring that was too large was just too much! Nearly half the cost of the ring! I will certainly not be purchasing size critical items any more. I have been quite happy with my purchases although I agree some of the earrings have been much smaller than the photos indicated.
